All of our items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to help protect them from the handling of the Postal Service. Generally items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on total weight. International orders are not accepted at this time. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping services (such as UPS or Fedex) if needed. If so, we will use a service that aligns with the original shipping time frame to ensure that your package still arrives when expected.

We often use recycled packaging, such as old boxes, to ship out orders. If you would prefer 'clean' packaging, please specify in the notes during checkout.


Refunds are accepted only if breakage occurs during shipment. If this is the case, please message us and we will work with you on a replacement or refund as applicable. Buyer must initiate contact within 7 days of item receipt to qualify for refund/replacement policy.

I do not refund when the seller provides an incorrect address unless it returns to me. If it returns to me I will refund minus shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address and I can only ship to what I am provided.
